The code of Moodle Mobile 2 is on Github. It is suggested to use Phonegap Build to convert your code to an app online. It is very easy to use. The code of converting code by Phonegap Build is here: https://github.com/moodlehq/moodlemobile-phonegapbuild. Remember to choose "android" branch if you want to build Android app, as shown in the image.
If you prefer to use iconic to convert the app, the code is also on Github https://github.com/moodlehq/moodlemobile2.
