Juan, our custom CSS was loading fine but now iOS V2 it appears that it's no longer working. Were there significant changes to the tags and attributes?
Yes, unfortunately we wasn't able to keep the old styles compatibility.
You need to create a new CSS file:

For the future we will be adding new settings in Moodle to choose the styles directly from color pickers and fixed styles definitions so we can avoid these type of problems.
