Well, I'm sorry to say that I don't think uploadmulti does what you want. However, some of the structure may be there for you to work with (ie, the "Run Script" button could be turned into an "unzip and pick random" button).
If the structure of uploadmulti doesn't give you what you need, I'd certainly recommend uploadsingle as a starting point. That was the starting point for uploadmulti, in fact, and when things break in uploadmulti (like they did when 1.5.3 was released) I can always count on the answer being found somewhere in the uploadsingle code.
