BluOrange15 theme for Moodle 1.5x in Members Themes folder in downloads along with PSD files bluorange_psd.zip. That blue-orange color combination..quite popular 2-3 years back. BluOrange files are Members only downloads..please register(free) if you as yet haven't. >> MoodleThemes
