Just a quick update on this. I've been keeping an eye on the reports from the backup cron and it has been reporting that the backups for the course mentioned are running correctly.
Now when I check backup reports it is saying "error" for that course. When backups run I'm getting emails saying that some courses were unfinished.
Any ideas what might be causing this error?
