Is there a way to specify a JavaScript callback that is fired when a new file was uploaded to the draft area? (I found an old thread for Moodle 2.0 with the same question but I hope it's now possible.)

I'm currently working on an activity which gives users the ability to upload a video and interactive create chapters (labels at the timeline) with help of the uploaded video displayed with jwplayer. At the moment the user must save the activity after uploading the video and then go back to edit page in order to get the video player displayed. I embed the player within the mod_form at the moment but I want render the player as soon as the user added a video file to the filemanager without reloading the page.
