To answer a question from earlier in the thread: "Could you explain a bit more about how the mentoring works? Would there be more than one report about each mentee? and are you looking for more than just a 'tick' for each mentee? "
We want each mentor to submit one review per week for each mentee. This would go one for some number of weeks until near the end of the training process, at which point we would like to be able to see all of the reviews that have been submitted for a given student, ideally with things like numeric scores aggregated, as a survey activity would do.
