Hi,
Currently certificates have to be added to each course and then the details specified. I want to have default data so that I don't have to specify the logo and watermark on each course .
I am going to need a developer , but I just want to know the best way of specifying it. Does the following make sense and would it be something other people would use ?
I have thought of three options
- make it based on context, so that you the system checks upwards from a course certificate to a sub category to a category to a site wide. Badges allow context based on site or course, but do not an override. This is the biggest
- a flag that specifies what level eg category or course to check for the certificate settings. I am not sure where to store default category data for a certificate.
- a flag that specifies the location of the default certificate settings, I am not sure where to store default category data for a certificate.
