When you have a Teacher's Assistant in the course who should be the only one receiving the assignment notifications (i.e. when students submit or update an assignment), how do you do it?

I have looked through this forum and cannot see an answer to this as I have been asked the same question by a colleague. Hopefully someone will have an answer to this.

Does anyone know of a solution or hack for this? I have one TA (teacher role) and one Teacher (course creator role) for a course. Only the TA should get the messages. Any ideas?
