sorry, but I don't quite understand your question Perhaps you mean one of the following?

• Question: Is it possible to import questions from the "Quiz" module to the "HotPot" module?
  Answer: No, not at this time. It's a great idea though!
  
• Question: Is it possible to adminster my collection of HotPot quizzes through Moodle using the "HotPot" module?
  Answer: Sure, this is what the HotPot module is designed to do. If you need help on how to upload a quiz and add it to your Moodle course, please don't hesitate to ask
