When I click on a link to an IP address in my Moodle log directory, the Atlas does not load.
Instead, I get the following error message:
"could not open socket to ciada.org."
What am I doing wrong?
Set up proxy settings in Admin >> Config >> Variables so that your server can get outside your firewall.
Actually caida.netgeo.org seems to be simply offline/inaccessible at the moment.
