We have given it a whirl, but not extensively (a bunch of 10" ones arrived a couple of weeks ago). On a 10" screen I find our main moodle theme perfectly usable mind, just not tested the uploading pictures thing (which the app probably makes much easier, and indeed possible on iOS devices).
