avevo letto tempo fa anch'io sui forum di moodle del problema della lentezza della nuova versione 1.5. Anch'io all'inizio prima di installarlo ufficialmente sul nostro server, mi ero accorto testandolo in locale di una eccessiva lentezza nel caricamento dei file di sistema. Vi erano inoltre diversi altri problemi legati alla visualizzazione dei file in formato HTML, nelle scelta del tipo di autenticazioni e via dicendo. Successivamente però con le ultime versioni 1.5.2+ tali problemi non li abbiamo più riscontrati, e molti di essi sono stati risolti ivi compreso quello della lentezza. Può se crede, visitare il nostro sito, dove all'indirizzo www.neuroscienze.uniba.it/elearning vi è la versione moodle 1.4 e all'indirizzo www.neuroscienze.uniba.it/elearn005 vi è la versione ultima di moodle 1.5.2+. Può fare delle prove di caricamento di queste due pagine per vedere se ci sono differenze nei tempi di caricamento. Noi non abbiamo riscontrato lentezze nel caricamento dell'ultima versione. It had read time does also I on the forum's of moodle of the problem of the slowness of the new version 1.5. Also I in the beginning before installing it officially on our server, I saw in local an slowness in the loading of the file of system. They were yourselves besides different other awkward problems to the display of the file in developed HTML, in the choice of the type of autentication and so on. Subsequently however with the last versions 1.5.2 + such problems we have not them more verified, and a lot of you are were resolved therein included that of the slowness. It is able if it believes, to visit our site, where to the address www.neuroscienze.uniba.it/elearning is yourselves the version moodle 1.4 and to the address www.neuroscienze.uniba.it/elearn2005 is yourselves the last version of moodle 1.5.2 +. It can do some tests of loading of these two pages to see if there are differences in the times of loading. We did not verify slowness in the loading of the last version. Cordial greetings

, you are right but my english is not so good as your italian 
I've installed the 1.5.2+ upgrade, but I've seen no changes; using Internet Explorer it needs much more time than version 1.4.x for home page downloading (with Firefox no difference in charging with the previous version)
