Hi

Yes I have the right api url.

The settings won't actually save so debugging isn't doing anything for them. I think we have narrowed it down to the settings won't actually save and are therefore not being used when I try to test the link.

I have had contact from another user and they are saying they reported an issue last week regarding the peermark settings not saving in the same download that I'm using and that it has been confirmed as a bug.

I have put in a support ticket with Turnitin, but I don't anticipate hearing anything for a while. I do think it might be an actual bug now that is affecting us.
