Who is maintaining the questonnaire module at the moment?

What is the preferred way to contribute to quetsionnaire? github pull request, or tracker issue? Thanks.
My fix is not parricularly urgent, exectp that we are working towards a release at the OU, and I woudl like to get this ine before the deadline, which is next week.
