Yes, I do it all the time.
When you add the participants, just choose teacher for the role of the users you want to be teachers.
If they are already enrolled, change the roles under "Course Administration, Users, Enrolled users.

How then I connect the student to the teacher?
For example I have 5 students (a,b,c,d,e) with 2 teachers (A,B) for the course
How do I say teacher A is for a, b and c and teacher B is for students d and e?

When you create your groups, add the teacher to the group as well and in your course settings, set it to either Visible or Separate groups.

Iris: If teachers share a course then by default they can both see the tasks. So if an assignment is created then both teachers can view and grade it. Yes you can change teachers during a course.
