Never mind. I finally figured out what the problem was, and it was a particular issue of my installation.
If it helps, do you see that authorize.net enrollment plugin on the image? Well, because that plug-in is not supported by moodle, it was not allowing me to downgrade my Database and as a consequence, it was impeding me to install the necessary tables/fields into my database for the configurable-report block.
I temporarily deleted the authorize.net enrollment folder, and that allowed me to finally complete the installation process of this block. I simply replaced the authorize.net enrollment folder and I'm a happy camper again.
