1. Turn on debugging and see what if any issues are reported
2. Check using Chrome developer etc whether there are any issues with the javascript being loaded
3. Check the forums to see if your issue is being reported as one which affects Essential (as the Gourmet theme appears to be 95% copied from there)
4. Be more specific about 'not showing correctly' as that is too wide a description for any of us to actually know what is going wrong
5. Contact the people who are selling the theme as they should also be providing support for it
