This is an excellent plugin and is crucial to prove completion of safety training for employees in Tasmania. In the course it has been made conditional completion of three short quizzes. Since the latest upgrade of this plugin, there has been a long delay between successful completion and the availability of the certificate being issued. Our hosting company Pukunui have assured us the cron is running every ten minutes and that they are unable to solve this problem. The course is open to 20,000 State Service users from many different government agencies with various servers. Users get very disgruntled when they undertake a 45 minute course, pass the quizzes but can't retrieve their certificate and I am not sure where to go from here. Is there any possible solution?
