Add field to find user in Quiz Results (->Grades)

I am a teacher, when I open Grades in Quiz Results. I don't see fields to find users, can you help me edit moodle to add new field to find users (Username, email, full name,..).

Dear Tim Hunt,

Thank for your answers, about your link, Before I  red it and I knew It. My questions is: In 'Grades' FORM (Quiz administration->Results->Grades) I want to have got a Textbox 'Username' or 'Id number'  to filter (click button 'SHOW REPORT')

Please, Can you help me? (I am sorry My language 'English' is bad so tell you very short)

Oh, I see. You want a search box.

Well, the only way to do that would be to develop the new code for it. And that would be a non-trivial change.
