IMS CC not woking in backup

I have been trying to backup a simple course in IMS CC and can not complete a backup.

I either get an error "You must install fileinfo extension!" when it tries to save it as a .mbz file

or

I get the error "The filename you enter must be a ZIP file and have the .mbz extension" if I try to change the extension to .imscc

What am I doing wrong?  I was in moodle 2.3 and getting these errors so updated to 2.47 and still get the same errors.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Scott, Its been a long time since your post - did you end up resolving the issue - I am attempting to archive as IMS CC 1.1 and cant get the filename / process to include the .imscc extension.

Any help would be awesome!
