Hi Jamie, it sounds like we're having similar issues (see my post here: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=244047). I'm continuing to work on this, if I figure anything out, I'll be sure to pass it along. By the way, thank you for posting, this was a big hint for me!
