This has been an issue with our courses as well. We are trying to install 2.2 export files into 2.5 servers. The Assignments and Discussion Forums are displayed during Step 1 of the restore process but do not actually make the transition despite no error messages being displayed.
Has anyone found a cause/solution for this?
