Does anyone know of a repository that will allow users to take a screenshot and have that be added as an attachment?
Sorry, don't get the question!
Take a Mac, for example ... it can do screenshots with a combo keystroke and save the resulting file to desktop or other location. As far as setting up a repo for that ... macsnaps in /moodledata/repository/. That directory mounted by the remote Mac taking the screen shots could save it directly to that repo on the server.
Don't really understand the 'added as an attachment', however.

That sounds like the kind of thing I'm after, a repository to paste an image from the OS clipboard. It would need to work in windows or osx. Something like http://snag.gy/ but integrated into moodle. By attachment I mean in a blog or forum post.
