If I am in Overlay theme and I click the fullscreen icon in tinyMCE, full-screen view appears; however, I can't get back to save changes, as the Visual Editor is missing several icons (including B (bold)) and - most critically - the full-screen toggle icon. Please see attached screenshot for the full display of visual editor buttons.
