Hi,
I was woking on an issue. It requires changing the form fieldset type of one of the options. But I was unable to find the script responsible for generating the form. Settings-->Security-->Notifications
The form is generated through the function output_html() in admin/settings.php file.
But, I was unable to find the code for generating the form-fieldset-types.
