I have integrated etherpad into moodle. But I want to add another member to the same etherpad. So how I do that in the moodle?

The Etherpad module is a 3rd-party add-on for Moodle. If you want to ask a question about it, I suggest you look in the 'General add-ons' form ( https://moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?id=44 ), or in the comments on the add-ons database entry ( https://moodle.org/plugins/view.php?plugin=mod_etherpad ).
If you are asking how you could develop the existing plugin further to add groups support, then that is a fairly big topic. I suggest you take a look at how groups are implemented in Moodle ( http://docs.moodle.org/dev/Groups ) and at the Etherpad API here: http://etherpad.org/doc/v1.2.9/#index_http_api
