Backup and restore

Hi, the general idea to write some Moodle link in the URL downloader and use it to avoid the process to download the files to my computer is something, that i think, will positive for the users in some cases, like Hubs or Moodle installations allocates in the same server, probably more, ofcourse to do this is necessary be logged in both platforms and have permission to access those files.

I tried to do this betwwen installations of Moodle 2.4.3 and it does not work is the same case, the file picker only show some images to choose.

I want to know if there are some possibility or idea to do that, or maybe will be a task to do as a personal comitment.
