Hi All.
I am using the last version, when trying to look for the Activity Lock and Activity Completion (after enabling it in "advaced featues"), I find only options to lock the activity by grade/time/user, but do not find anywhere the option to condition the activity availability upon completion of another activity.
I would appriciate any help, if it is configuration issue/bug

I have read it, and enabled it with my site (see image),
though in the activity settings, I do not have the activity completion as it should. I have only Time & Grade restrictions, not other activity completion restriction

Found the issue....
I think you also need to turn on course completion within the course (Course Admin > Edit Settings > Completion Tracking) before those options appear.

in the course settings ->student progress->completion tracking: enable it
if you ask me it should be enabled by default
If you use completion a lot you can make it enabled by default for new courses via Site Admin > Courses > Course Default Settings.
