I used to use Moodle 2.1 and the tex plug-in worked perfectly, but I had to change of server and decided to install Moodle 2.4.1
I activated the tex plug in as before, but now the formulas written in latex are shown blurry. I attatch a screenshot of what I say.
Any idea on how to correct this?

Nop, it's not a problem of screen resolution. I think something changed in Moodle v 2.4 with respect to v2.1, maybe I have to turn on something, but I don't know what. Or maybe it's a problem with the new server, but what?
I had this same problem on Moodle 2.3.
I found that changing the setting "filter_tex_convertformat" form "GIF" to "PNG" vastly improces the display of TeX.
