I'm looking for an open source CVS which has same functionalities as the CVS of sourceforge.net. At the moment, there's no result.

CVS is open source, it's packaged with almost every Unix distribution.
If you meant that you're looking for an open source system that has the same overall functionality of sourceforge, you may want to take a look at gforge http://gforge.org/projects/gforge/ which is a fork of the sourceforge code.

My server is using Windows 2000 Avanced Server . Perhaps I'll install Unix instead. Poor Windows!
There is a version of CVS for Windows, I think it is called something witty like CVSNT. I have it on my machine at home and I run a windows native client to access it. Actually I don't, I do all my dev under Linux, but I do have that stuff set up under Windows. (oooh came close to loosing geek credibility then).

OS coders of my country propose to use subversion now instead of cvs,
they say it's more comfortable (for example when renaming files..)
