Clutching at straws here a bit DeWayne.
- Try putting editing on and see if you have an "add a block" dropdown
- Try going into a block > Edit configuration and manually setting it to "right"
- Try moving a block to the right.
On the other hand, do you really want blocks here? you are not 'inside' a course, you are looking at a course list. Are you sure you have not just got yourself in a different place to where you think the blocks were?
