You can, of course, turn off access to the entire wiki (it will still be available to the teacher), but I don't think you could just freeze one page. I'm pretty sure that an open page is uneditable by any other user, so you could just leave it open somewhere...a crude approach, surely. Otherwise, you can, of course, simply depend on the ability of a wiki to revert to an earlier version to protect existing content. Modifying roles associated with the wiki could also remove editing capabilities for the whole wiki. That's all I've got...good luck!
