Moodle 2.3, Theme Accentuate
I have 2 custom blocks (one for searching courses and 1 for Configurable reports) added to the front page that keep disappearing or being deleted somehow
It's not frequent (about 4 times over the last 4 months) and I'm having trouble tracking the cause as nothing is listed in reports/logs that I can see (mostly searching on delete activities).
Has anyone experienced something like this or have suggestions on how to track the cause?
