First, I want to say thank you for your help! I didn't have to edit the .sql dump file to remove the admin account since my account in the .sql dump file had admin rights. However, I did have to copy and add the $CFG->passwordsaltalt1 from the hosted sites config.php to my local config.php. After that I imported the .sql dump file and I could log in...happy days! Thanks again.
