Today all of a sudden I had an issue where students and teachers could no longer view resources in Moodle 2.2.3. To resolve the issue, I had to go to Role settings and allow View Page Content, Vew Resource and Use Uploading in file Picker setting it to Allow. Before it used to be "Not set". Any idea why all of a sudden this would change?
