I was looking in the "chat reports" ( http://docs.moodle.org/19/en/Chat_reports )of one of my chat and notices there were 3 sessions in a very small period of time.
some of those sessions lasted only 3 minutes, seems members were still logged on when the chat session ended.
what can cause a chat session to end and create a new session in such a small period of time? what could be wrong?
