Moodle Vs Instructional Leadership (any thoughts?)

Moodle has allowed BCS teachers and myself to focus on quality 21st Century Pedagogy and make more effective, data driven decisions to enhance learning. I am wondering if this is a shared experience?

Instructional leadership can be defined as "those actions that a principal takes, or delegates to others, to promote growth in student learning."

I am researching if moodle enhances the ability of school leaders to focus on instruction leadership, ie leadership focused on teaching and learning.

I would like to visit schools around the world in April 2013 and discuss this topic.  If you can facilitate a visit and or would like to be involved in some research around this topic, let me know here or @ robert.willetts@det.nsw.edu.au
