Hello,

I am running Moodle 2.1.2 and the questionairre module works fine except when I click on View All responses as a teacher I get a data base error

error/moodle/dmlreadexception

I tried turning on debugging, but when I go to the page with the error Firefox won't display anything.

Any ideas on this bug?
