Not so easy!
What sort of height do you need and how do you want the theme to look after you add the logo? Like it is now? This means you will need to increas the height of the header background image first and then add the logo in the Brick settings page..
As for the footer...what exactly do you want to do with it? Add an image? How big is the image?
