I need to install the Questionnaire module in Moodle 2.1.1.
I’m sorry to bother you with such a silly request, but I can’t locate it! The only thing I can find is a link on the Questionnaire module page called Questionnaire. When I click it I get a red banner that says “Entry is not approved yet.”
Will someone please tell me where to find the plugin?

The module entry has been changed recently, and is waiting for re-approval by a moderator. Please be patient and try again.

It has been added to the new plug-ins database at http://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversions.php?plugin=mod_questionnaire, but is awaiting approval.
