I'm not sure if I understand your question. From a user/teacher point of view this seems to be simple:
- Turn on Editing Mode in your Topic/course
- Click on the Update button/icon next to the Wiki activity you want to change
- Edit the Description text area of the wiki
- Click the save button.
If you want Completely delete the area, this might need to be done at the code/administrator level.
