1. I don't think this approach will work, but don't take my word for it - I have no php skills whatsoever.
Perhaps others can comment on this.2. In phpsurveyor, I found that you can add links in various places by typing html code directly in the text boxes when you are setting up a survey. You can't do this everywhere I think, but in many places it is definitely possible. Look at the attached screen shot. You need to learn some basic html code to do this though...(not difficult)
