I have updated Collapsed Topics (Collapsed Weeks to follow soon) to incorporate the AJAX and IE fixes as well as the 'Toggle all' functionality which allows you to toggle all toggles open and closed.
Please find it in the old database in around 24 hours -> http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=13&rid=2307.
