I have been working furiously with this theme getting all the bugs ironed out, so that it will work with the extra block regions that I added to the Profile Bar.
Getting the blocks to work correctly has been the biggest challenge, but that said it has been worth every minute spent doing just that, as now I know Moodle better for having had to read the PHP to make sense of where the problems where, and how to fix them.
I'll hopefully have this theme ready for download.
