We are running version 1.9.7. As Administrator I will delete a student assignment submission or old resource file from the files area within a course, they disappear as though deleted and upon next login the files have returned. I have tried to rename the files prior to deleting as well only to have the file return. This is maddening has anyone else experienced this or know of a fix?
