i have a moodle installation.

we face a problem that the version .php of feedback module is getting hacked,i.e is the file is getting over written.I m using moodle 1.7.

did anyone face the same problem.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Read this - Hacked_site_recovery - and this - Security - carefully. Any questions let us know.

Pay particular attention to the file permissions bit as this is most likely your problem. Make sure that the Feedback plugin code is not writeable by the web server user (or *any* user if you want to be really safe)

You really need to upgrade out of 1.7. 1,7 is no longer maintained, and there are a number of security issues that have been fixed in 1.8 and 1.9 that have not been fixed in 1.7. You may be vulnerable if you stay in 1.7.
