VS is not the best tool for working with Moodle unless you have a PHP plugin such as this: http://www.jcxsoftware.com/vs.php. Try one of these.
If you can be more specific about what you're trying to do, we can be more helpful.

My group of investigations, and I want to connect moodle with a web service created in visualstudio 2008, smart device, to conceccion with mobile devices, using ubiquitous computing, the main idea is that students enter the classroom with your mobile device,and can display the contents of education, reflected in moodle, through RFID.
