I was wondering, is there any possible way of backing up a number of courses at once, rather than having to do them all individually.

Admins can set up automated course backups, also site backups, where all courses are backed up, should be done regularly. Please see the documentation Automated course backup and Site backup for further details.
We have a section called Careers & Connexions, this section is aimed at 14-19 year olds. However, they have decided they want more or less the same set up for HE and Adults, so I could copy the courses that are used individually, but wondered if there was a way of selecting courses within a category to backup.
