Is this the view you are looking for? If so, go to any one assignment, open it, look at the breadcrumbs,
* CTYOnline > EM3F-11W > Assignments > Assignment 7 > Submissions
Save the link to Assignments. Build a resource called "link to a file or website." Put the link in there. Make the resource hidden, so only teachers can see it. Put it anywhere on your course's front page.
